Q: What do we offer:
We are a local family owned business, specializing in items like Apple products (iPads, iMac's etc.), Personal Care items (Creams, lotions, shampoos etc.) Designer Watches, Small & Large Home Appliances, Home Decor & Furniture.
We are able to sell you a lot of these products at a remarkable discount from your regular store price. Most of our products are secured from retailers such as Costco, Target, Lowe's, Walmart and other retail stores.
Q: Ok, What's the catch?
No Catch 
You can see, feel and verify the products yourself IN PERSON (currently local meetups in Simi Valley / Delivery available until we open our physical Store). You see, most of our products are Warehouse overstock, Season end, Package damaged but the actual product is perfectly in BRAND NEW CONDITION 99% of the time!
The remaining 1% of products can be Like New, Open Box or Grade A/B items, and we offer all of them at a great discount!

All Products will be labeled as Brand NEW, Like New, Open Box, Grade A/B, and you choose what fits you best. What we will guarantee, is that the price you see at our STORE WILL ALWAYS BE CHEAPER than anywhere else.
Q: 99% of items are labeled New, and the rest have a "Like New, Open Box or Grade A/B" what does that mean?
New, well that’s just self explanatory

Like New Condition: Merchandise can be unsold merchandise, or shelf pulls and have never been used by a member. Items may have minor wear and tear from handling and sorting. Boxes may have sorting labels applied to them for processing. Items are more likely to have original packaging and tags.
Open Box items: Item bought by a customer, opened packaging, never used and returned to store.
Grade A/B can be member returns or unsold merchandise.
Member Returns
It’s not uncommon for members to return unused merchandise back to a Costco. Even if the member hasn’t used the item, if any portion of the packaging has been opened, it can not go back on the sales floor. This unused merchandise will be part of Grade A/B designation, which gives us a better and lower price to offer you.
It is also not uncommon for members to return merchandise to a Costco after it has been tried.
Unsold Merchandise
When inventory of an item or category of items becomes too small to mass out in typical Costco displays, warehouses may liquidate this unsold merchandise. Usually this merchandise will be categorized as Grade A/B.
All of our products will be labeled appropriately so you are aware if it’s New, Like New, Open Box or A/B grade.
Q: I'm still not convinced...

Q: I saw a product I liked but was undecided, an hour later its gone, What happened?
A lot of our products come as single items, sometimes we have multiple items of the same product. Our inventory is everchanging weekly as we continue to secure better deals for you. If you like a product, you can always ask if we have more than one item of it while you make up your mind.
Q: When will you open your physical store?
We are securing a space now and we will be opening towards Q4 2025.
Q: Is there a warranty with the item I bought?
Factory warranties cover our items, just as with any Major retailer.
Q: What's the return policy?
Read our Refund / Exchange Policy located at the bottom of the page for all specifics.
Q: Do you price-match?
Our Deals are like no other, however in the unlikely case that the same exact product is found cheaper somewhere else, please provide us the major retailer website link (Example: Costco, BestBuy, Nordstrom, Macy's etc. and we will happily match it and Offer you an extra 10% off your Next purchase, that's how confident we are of our prices. We do not offer price matches with eBay or marketplace resellers.
Q: What inspired the name Lily’s Deals n Steals?
Our 1 year old Lily, is always stealing and hiding our remotes, electronics, basically anything she can get her tiny little hands on. Many of those items end up in the toilet or trash, some of those products are still missing till this day.. in the rare cases we are able to locate those missing items, she then barters them for other stuff… hence the name – Lily’s Deals n Steals
Q: One last note from our family, to yours:
All items you find and purchase from our store are just that, items. While the latest iPad will draw a BIG smile on you and I today, tomorrow there will be a newer and more capable one. Find HAPPINESS in Family, in the outdoors, spending time with the kiddos and grandkids, experiences that they’ll cherish and recall when they're your and my age, but most importantly for us Spread your Smiles around!!
